1. Returns and Refunds
At Sensory Lioness, we are committed to your satisfaction with our Premium Therapeutic Wellness Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy in compliance with the laws of England.
2. Eligibility
You may return any unused and unopened physical product within 30 days of purchase or digital product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Physical products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at office@sensorylioness.uk within the applicable return period to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and reason for the return.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a fault with the product.
For physical products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
7. Digital Products
For digital products (e.g., downloadable content, online courses):
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- Once a refund is processed, access to the digital product will be revoked.
